Booking, Deposits and Refund Policy

At Port Podiatry, we aim to provide high-quality podiatry care to all our patients. To ensure our clinic runs efficiently and to remain fair to those on our waiting list, we operate the following policy regarding deposits and cancellations.

  1.  Booking Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure all online bookings. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed.
  2.  Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. If you need to change your plans, we ask for as much notice as possible. To receive a full refund of your £20 deposit or to transfer it to a new date, you must notify us at least 2 working days before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 working days' notice, the £20 deposit will be retained by the clinic as a late cancellation fee. Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  3. How to Request a Refund: If you have provided the required 2 working days' notice and wish to cancel your appointment entirely rather than reschedule, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
